Refund and Returns Policy

Just in case there’s an issue with your order

Exchanges will not be offered on opened items unless the item is found to be defective.  If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards, please contact us via the Get In Touch form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong and offer an exchange.

You may also return an item if an order was made in error and the items remain unopened. After a return has been processed, your funds will be instantly credited back to the account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.
